This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, register for events, purchase products, subscribe to email, book calls, or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: you provide it, we collect it automatically, and we receive it from third parties.
Information you provide
- Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, mailing address, and similar information when you fill out forms, register for workshops or programs, create an account, or contact us.
- Payment and purchase information — order details, product selections, promo codes, and billing-related information. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — content of emails, messages, survey responses, intake forms, coaching notes you choose to share, and support requests.
- Event and program information — registration status, attendance, preferences, and information needed to deliver workshops, masterminds, or digital access (for example, Business Made Simple University access).
- User-generated content — comments on the Site, reviews, or other content you post where those features are enabled.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, date/time stamps, and general location inferred from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
Information from third parties
- Email marketing and checkout platforms (for example, Kit by ConvertKit) when you subscribe or purchase through their forms or checkout pages linked from our Site.
- Calendar and scheduling tools when you book a call.
- Analytics, advertising, or spam-prevention services that help us understand Site usage or protect against abuse.
- Social platforms if you interact with our content or choose to connect an account.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Site, programs, workshops, and coaching services.
- Process registrations, payments, refunds, and deliver purchased products or access.
- Send transactional messages (confirmations, receipts, reminders, schedule updates, password resets).
- Send marketing and educational emails where permitted by law and your preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Respond to inquiries, book appointments, and provide customer support.
- Personalize content and measure interest in our programs and pages.
- Monitor, detect, prevent, and address fraud, spam, security incidents, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, users, and business.
- Create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you for analytics and business planning.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who help us run the Site and business (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, calendar booking, customer support, course/platform access, and spam protection). They may use your information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.
- Program and platform partners — when needed to deliver a product you purchased or registered for (for example, granting access to third-party training platforms included with a program).
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CLEAR Message, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or notice to you.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share information or clearly consent.
If you request a password reset on the Site, your IP address may be included in the reset email for security purposes.
5. Third-party services and embedded content
Our Site links to or embeds services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Examples may include:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email subscriptions, forms, and checkout for programs and products.
- Payment processors — card processing through providers used by Kit or other checkout tools.
- Google — Calendar booking, Maps, fonts, and analytics or advertising tools if enabled.
- LinkedIn and other social platforms — when you follow links to our profiles or share content.
- Hosting and infrastructure — website hosting, CDN, and security services.
- Interactive tools — calculators, portals, or applications hosted on separate domains (for example, timeline calculators or review-builder tools linked from our Site).
Embedded content (videos, maps, forms, checkout widgets) may allow those providers to collect data about your interaction with that content, including if you are logged in to their service. We do not control data collection by embedded third parties.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep the Site working (for example, session and security cookies).
- Remember preferences and login status where accounts are offered.
- Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics).
- Measure marketing performance and, where enabled, deliver relevant ads.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some Site features. Where required by law, we will provide additional cookie choices or consent mechanisms.
7. Email and text communications
If you subscribe to our emails, we will send messages related to the Site, programs, and marketing as permitted by law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (purchase confirmations, event reminders, account notices) may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
If we offer SMS and you opt in, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by following instructions in the message or contacting us.
8. How long we retain your information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
- Comments and public posts — if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained to recognize follow-up comments and reduce moderation burden.
- Account and client records — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, legal, tax, and business record requirements.
- Marketing records — retained until you unsubscribe and as needed to honor your opt-out and comply with law.
- Payment and tax records — retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
- Security logs — retained for a limited period to investigate abuse and protect the Site.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate it where feasible.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access — request a copy of personal information we hold about you.

10. Children’s privacy
